Rias is only hypersonic, zoro and Sanji are massively hypersonic, I assume that's a big difference especially with zoro and Sanji having observation haki

Adding law in would just make it a easier win, he can ignore durability to an extent when he makes his room so he can just cut them in half whilst they are fighting zoro and Sanji, or he can use the luffy and law technique that he used against doffy and switch either zoro or Sanji with himself and then use gamma knife

Okay his abilities are quite op his room ability can do a number of things, he has the ability to control every single body part in his room,( can seperate organs, musles and bones e.tc). Also he can do the same with landmass as well as swapping bodies.

You should equalize speed or else Rias gets blitzed. That said I don't know much about her abilities.
