The aim of this thread is to shed away inferior battleboarding parameters, such as "power", "hax" or "tier", and focus on the only statistic that matters: whether a character is, or isn't, Forklift Certified, and produce a list as comprehensive as possible of the few that qualify.
To be more precise, the only requirement to be Forklift Certified is to be shown successfully operating or driving a forklift. Degree of competency does not matter, as simply making contact with a forklift bestows a character with this trait. Inversely, simply being stated to be capable of driving all vehicles, or logically being capable of such due to a superhuman level of intellect, does not make one Certified. If forklifts are specifically mentioned to be something a character can drive, however, that does count as a Certification. Similarly, the ability to shapeshift into vehicles does not make one Forklift Certified, but transforming or being even just part-forklift does.
Providing scans of a character operating the forklift is not necessary, but highly appreciated.
