Is This Low High or Mid High?

In a discussion thread and this came up: If your entire body gets turned to dust but a small part of you like a eyeball or finger survives, do you qualify for Low or Mid High regen?

Unless directly shown on screen to "realistically" reform the body, it normally falls as toon force and is left at a side, leading to Mid-High.

I don't think toon force based regen works like that, or any form of regen tbf.

If you regenrated from the dust it would be Mid-High. If you regenrated directly from the finger or eyeball it would be Low-High.

Edit: Actually I made a mistake. Regenerating from a finger or eyeball is High-Mid

Well, Spongebob and others pretty much fall into the first one, so yeah, Mid-High

Pretty sure Spongebob characters regenerate from their eyes

Spongebob can reform from a yellow mist iirc, so his regen is fine.
