Is this feat Tier 2?

So in Gingiva, the party can take on either the First Person Shooter or Mr. Freedom. Whichever one they fight, the end result is the same; the death of the creature caused an explosion which tore a hole through dimensional walls.

More specifically, these are the dimensional walls of The Rift; a sentient interdimensional realm that devours universes and assimilates them into itself on the regular. Because of this, it contains many, many universes (the exact amount is never specified but it's likely very, very high).

The explosion tore through so many dimensional walls that it flung the party to the very CENTER of The Rift.

Would busting through that many dimensional walls be Tier 2?

If the hole itself is just large enough for the protags to pass through, it just sounds like massive portal creation to me. Unless the Rift is infinite (Which it doesn't seem to be)

"The force of the fiend's death tears a hole through The Rift's inner walls, flinging you to its very heart."

Words like force and tears indicate that this isn't just portal creation; it's definitely a physical force that tore through the dimensional wall.

And walls is plural. So it tore a hole through multiple dimensional walls. Apparently enough dimensional walls to fling them to the very heart of The Rift.

There's a lot of assumptions we could make but it's at the very least a force powerful enough to tear through a few dimensional walls.

I know that. But in the end, you're just poking relatively small holes through a few universe's space-time. If the amount of space-time does not approach the amount needed to be High 3-A, I doubt it would even be a High 3-A feat, let alone a Tier 2 one.
