Description of the Third Dimension. The Third Dimension is the fourth dimension as it is called her home dimension and the lower plane to the Third Dimension is demonstratably 3-D (as well as infinite in size).

The Third Dimension is a plane of reality above our own. It is home to many angular foes, the greatest of all being the Tesseract Goddess.
Once functioning as a workshop for Oryx’s failed cubic creations, the scrap of this dimension is now governed by the Tesseract Goddess and her own evolutions.
Various beings in the Third Dimension can ascend to another upon coming into contact with a greater cube, or when a cubic shadow is erased. This phenomenon is known as squaring.

I assume this doesn't qualify for a tier but might as well ask.

The description of her shadow.

The Shadow Cube God was born from the Tesseract Goddess’ shadow, functioning as a guardian against those who wished its master harm. Despite being a shadow, it curiously has mass.
Upon its destruction, many denizens of the Third Dimension may ascend to a higher dimension, gaining great power in the process.

Yeah getting High tier 3-A due to infinite 3-D structures, and also, maybe getting Low 2-C 4-D structures.
