There's no visual element to this feat as it's only written, but basically a creature grows its tentacles underneath an entire small town, causing tremors that are noticeable enough to wake people up from their sleep and be mistaken for an earthquake.

Closest I could find is Holambra (they are both small cities in Sao Paulo nicknamed "the capital of flowers"), but idk since that city is also name dropped in the story
So I think this feat is impossible to calculate since we don´t have the size of the city

Maybe? How many "places" there are in the town?
Uh... There are like 3 or 4 places you can go to, but obviously there are houses and buildings that aren't important to the story
Even if I can't determine the town size, can I use the Earthquake Magnitude?

Likely yes

the earthquake was weak, but everyone on the town felt it, so it would probably fall under magnitude 3 (Building level) to magnitude 4.5 (City Block level+)
