Is this fate manipulation, or probability manipulation?

I have been making an SCP profile, and I'm conflicted on whether it is Fate manipulation, or Probability manipulation.

Basically, here's the scan: "All individuals who directly observe SCP-5212 will, without exception, die within the next six months. The method of death is variable but always seemingly coincidental, usually through illness or accident — suggesting that SCP-5212 may utilize some method of probabilistic manipulation to eliminate its victims."

Oh and, any person that tries to hunt it seemingly dies instantly the moment they encounter it.

I'm honestly not sure on whether its fate fuckery, or just probability stuff, so I'd appreciate it if someone could help me here.

I mean, based on the description? Both probability and fate manipulation can achieve these affects. Seeing as it specifies probabilistic manipulation, it should be probability manipulation.

if it makes probability 100%, I think its causality and probability manipulation

its also likely fate manipulation since it says it does it through probabilistic abilities

SCP-5212 lowkey sounds like the Death Note to me just with a few adjustments.
