Base on the scan alone i don't think so, depend on how "the fate of a person is determined by the star" work it could warrant fate manip resistance.
It could maybe give fate manip for those that manipulate the star to change one destiny and depend on what "the guardian stars represent a vital point on their body" mean it could maybe warrant limited Death manip or further application of the fate manip via destroying star.

Hm no, this shows that their fate are determined by the stars, but, it can be resistance to fate to these who can do things that wasnt determinated by the stars, and it would be fate hax to these who can manipulate their own fate there

tbh this is a weird power. Its not really imortality but some sort of reliance on stars.
For example, in GR the concept of stars was erased which resulted in the people dependent on the stars to be erased too.
Also, stars defined here are an abstract nature as talked about in the Giga (Whatever novel) some of the contestalltions that determines a persons fate no longer exist but they did exist at one point in time.
EDIT: its almost like resistance to Type 3 Conceptual fate manipulation imo
