Is this considered Resurrection?

Towards the end of Akira's first volume, Tetsuo unknowingly takes a mystery drug. This drug is established earlier on to be five times more powerful than an entire bag of amphetamine capsules, a potency that would kill any normal human. And, Tetsuo does die, which the Colonel confirms, before rising back up moments later.

But, that's the issue: his heart stopped for moments. Is that enough to qualify for Resurrection?

Sounds like at least limited resurrection since he did briefly biologically die then came to life afterwards (with his own abilities I assume?).

This should work for limited resurrection, since his pupils not reacting to light indicates he was at least in the early stages of death (when you’re legally dead and have significant brain damage from oxygen deprivation, but not total brain death)

seems more like type 2 instead of 4
I think you're confusing type 4 with just standard resurrection. Type 4 is even if you die (either of natural causes or otherwise) you can simply resurrect yourself (indefinitely) at another time or place and thus you're immortal.

Resurrection allows you to revive yourself or others should they die but it's limited in a sense that you can still permanently die and thus aren't immortal (e.g many RPG characters can auto-revive themselves or others in battle but can still permanently die from fatal injury or just old age).

It's not type 2 either since Tetsuo did actually still die (judging by the image). You need to survive fatal injury yet still remain alive iirc.
