Is this considered a wincon?

Basically both characters are regular humans, but one of them have some stomach issues and can vomit on his opponent (it doesn't make him physically weaker though, most likely just lowers his stamina cuz of health issues). Could vomiting on the opponent help in the battle?

If the person getting vomited on freaking dies from being vomited on, i don't think the guy needed to vomit in the first place to win.

Unless we assume both parties are not willing to kill, and one would just be grossed out and leave, technically granting a win via desertion

It would help yes but the issue is you'd have to be that sick to be vomiting in the first place and would actually suffer energy loss from it

I dont think it would help unless the other charcter is predisposed to getting freaked out by bodily fluids or is like a germaphobe etc etc even then i think its so minor I dont think its a real valid point to be brought up in a versus thread at all.
