Is this considered a bone breaking feat or no?

Basically my father broke his arm by doing cartwheel (he don't have osteoporosis though). Should it count a street level feat or it's an anti-feat?

I wouldn't say that's necessarily Street level. Many people I know have broken a bone by doing an activity, and the biggest reason behind this is that bones are not that hard to break when you apply the energy the correct way. For example, I know a guy who broke his arm by falling out of his couch the wrong way, and he's healthy and doesn't suffer from anything. I also don't think it's an anti-feat for the same reasons.

I've been in the IRL verse spectrum regarding this. The breaking bones as a reference for common feat should REALLY be updated since

A: the tiering system can't handle the contradiction that people can tank 9-C business

B: Not every bone is made to be a femur

In reference to this feat, breaking an arm is pretty much what anyone could do in a heated street fight. Your arm isn't built to be like the femur.

So no, this feat isn't 9-C, it's 10-B unless the arm break is extreme enough.
