Some dude with very high lifting strength carries around safe with no issue and easily can lock his opponents in it, and place a lock on the safe so they won't escape. Is this a bfr or something else?
 
If my wording is terrible and you didn't understand anything at all - imagine a school bully who locks his victims in the closet. Now imagine him carrying a closet with him all the time and doing it as a backup/standard tactic. Could that be considered a bfr?
 
Depends on how it works ig.

Like it would probably be added if it was from Super Smash bros versus game. Don't know how it would work overall, sry.
