Many different types of teleportation... Time based teleportation when space is sealed, karma based when time is sealed (Assuming it's more like Causality Manipulation
teleportation) and every other ways to teleport, maybe conceptual?
So basically any type of restriction of your teleport skill, it will use a different means for it to work
