When has this ability like helped in vs threads?? How do we even use it? If Character A gets affected by a layered ability, then resists the same ability after its obviously RE. But in a matchup what if someone with 1 more layer affects them? Would they be able to get a another layer on top of it? Can they grow basically infinite amount of layers given enough time? Whats the limit to the ability

if that is how character a's reactive evolution is portrayed then sure but it also depends on what ability and the mechanics of that ability
