Power nullification vs Layered hax?

Can power nullification render layered hax as useless? like for example would power nullification work against layered EE?
 
yeah, layered hax have nothing to do with power null, they are fundamentally different. Like, EE means you erase your target, while Power null means you are nullifying your opponent's power. So layered hax doesn't matter; in order to interact with a certain hax, you need resistance toward that certain hax.
