would there be a reason for the 6-C characters to have gotten stronger between the feats?

Many ask for the context and the context is this:

The three most powerful 6-A (The most powerful of that verse) fight against the Low 2-C characters. These three characters attack in coordination to the point where Low 2-C is usable to return an attack or defend itself properly, even damage from certain attack combinations. this is a feat to consider 6-A as Low 2-C. If they were not considered on that scale, would they be stronger to have a higher next to 6-A?

Why would they be 6-A and be able to fight a low 2-C, if it is consistent, they are low 2-C, if not, is a outlier, no higher or anything, a low 2-C should be able to literally walk through any attacks they do and atomize them with flicks.

It depends probably. Is the Low 2-C character on guard, or otherwise struck in a way that they wouldn’t have expected it? Example: Goku was harmed by an “ordinary laser” for the sole reason being he was caught off guard.
Do the characters have some sort of martial arts training that allows them to get past any defense like a Crane Kick on steroids? Example: Durability Negation or something.
Is the Low 2-C character not experienced enough to control their abilities, or not used to the powers leaving room for exploitation? Example: In the DBS Manga, Granolah was getting beaten up for a while due to not properly training with his newfound strength.

If it’s not one of these, it’s probably an outlier.
