I made an argument here to point out context about this, but I would like to hear more opinions about if this is a galaxy or a nebula.

Do not seems to have the typical core of a galaxy, so it appears more to be a nebula.

It's really hard to tell and the gif having a confusing perspective (at least I have trouble telling exactly how it's moving) doesn't help but I'm honestly with it being a nebula for the same reason as Antoniofer.

It's hard to show but this nubula/galaxy spinning on itself can be seen in all parts of the sphere structure the ship has

I didn't know/don't think nebulae spin in only 1 direction while being perfectly circular. This is annoying to show and explain, help is appreciated as always.

Edit: Here the white thing can be seen more in the middle.
