Is this a durability feat or just resistance to heat and fire?.

Time being mentioned doesn't really matter. This is fire resistance.

That's not durability, that's resistance to cold. Resistance covers duration of exposure.

Techinically it is a durability feat but surviving the heat of the sun's surface is only building level.

This calculation is given for the sun but no stars are specified in the quote. If we get the highest value for the star (Eta Carinae: 40,000 K) then it will be a town level feat for durability.

Also, using the heat of the core of the sun (which is 15 million K) only grants Multi-City Block level so using Eta Carniae's surface temp most definitely wouldn't come close to Town level.
