Is there any actual rule against creating a character profile for a brand pet/marketing character?

It depends on how established they are

could you prehaps link me the page once made? it would be intresting

Darkanine is correct. We should primarily allow characters originating within actual officially published stories. If we let in lots of memes, advertisement characters, urban myths and the like, our standards will gradually degrade and we would be swamped with nonsense.

Mind you, there are some profiles within this wiki that are likely inappropriate in these regards.
