Is there any acceptable timeframe for FTE?

I know most FTE feats are usually put at subsonic.
But I'm asking since some FTE feats are still used and put at supersonic. an Early Naruto feat being one I can think of off the top of my head.
like For example, A transonic/supersonic character get's blitzed faster then they can see. Would there be a timeframe one could put on it? or would that character simply just scale to an unknowably higher supersonic?

the rest depends on the distance traveled.
If you move 1m faster than the average human eye reaction speed you'd be at least 18km/h fast for example.
if you move 1m faster than a guy with superhuman reaction speed you'd be at least 123.37 km/h fast.
It all depends on distance.

So basically 0.08/.029 is the limit? Any more would probably be calc stacking since the transonic/supersonic character gets that due to dodging sound waves.

Yeah, you need serious feats for anything above. Something like catching an arrow for subsonic reaction time.
