Is there a reason Kakashi doesn't have intangibility as one of his powers?

Kakashi in the 4th ninja wars, after he gets the dual Sharingan and Obito's supposed soul, has access to large amounts of chakra(As shown by the ability to keep up the perfect Susanoo and constnat use of Kamui. I am guessing his chakra was more or less comparable to a normal Uchiha. Just a guess. Not important.) but also the ability to use all of magekyou Sharingan's abilities unique to him and Obito.

He makes use of this in the final moments when fighting to seal Kaguya by showing the ability to go intangible. So is there a reason it is not listed among his powers?

I thought that technically his power wasn't intangibility? If I remember correctly he sends certain parts of his body off to the kamui dimension given the illusion of intangibility.

If Obito has it then 1 of 2 appropriate actions should be taken; either it's removed from Obitos profile explaining the difference between his ability and actual intangibility or simply classifying the ability as intangibility and adding it to kakashis. Either way it shouldn't be too much of a big deal
