There's also no implication that any of the Bios are supposed to be jokes, either. You have to prove that, otherwise it's not self-evident.

It's ridiculous to assume a pea can contain a multiverse based off a singular description despite literally nothing else supporting such an outlandish claim.
Out of what else? Gameplay? You don't get actual Tier 2 feats in gameplay in SMT or any other Tier 2 video game, why is this suddenly different? There isn't anything to use but the Bio.

Oh, and by the way, all the other Bios are supported by the limited appearances the Plants do make in things like comic series. This would be the only one that would be a supposed joke.

because no sane person would make a blurb about how peas are multiverses and then never elaborate on it at any other point whatsoever, and intend for it to a completely serious addition to the cosmology of a game

Yes, but there's no evidence that they are sane or insane. The logical though process of the person who wrote it has no bearing on what actually occurred. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Even assuming you are right in this case, that's actual argumentation. Very little is actually self-evident when it comes to VS Debating, and the intention of the author and the literalness of a statement are not in that group.

As I've stated, the cosmology of PvZ isn't something that's elaborated on at all. This is the only time it's mentioned, and since it has no bearing on anything else it's not elaborated on, especially since most of the game has no story and is just random fighting.

Dear God this is massive outlier if true.

Also what the heck DMUA.

It's a great way to derail if people don't get the joke, it seems

I'd rather just know whats going on but that aside, this isn't multi+. Semantically speaking, peas being entire universes unto themselves just means that one pea = one universe, and infinite possibilities is not some multiverse thing where "if you move or make a choice you make an infinite number of parallel universes where other things happen" or whatever considering immediately after it says "of the cosmos," which just means lots of things can happen in the universe. Nothing really suggests anything multiversal going on, and also if this is just DLC from a fan then it doesn't sound applicable anyway. I wouldn't call it inconsistent but more just not correct to use and/or outlier.

you do know that crazy dave made the almanac, right?

this is the stickerbook stuff but presumably its the same

either way idk if its entirely relevant for the reasons above, but it being thrown out as hyperbolic is highly suspect

Since this has been debunked as either exaggeration or outlier, can I close this?
