Is NEP really that powerful?

As you guys read in the title, I have a question, so let's say that Mikey from Tokyo Revenger have NEP type 2 ,he's fighting Cosmic Armor Superman that have no abilities to interact NEP 2 ,does that make it stalemate? Cause from what I heard NEP doesn't care about tier, what ability that can counter NEP except Void Manip and NPI?
 
It still tied by dimension anyway. Look at the page.

As such, if a character with this power is reduced to a state in which it can't display any properties of something that exists (e.g. becomes unable to take any actions), it is effectively dead/erased. A consequence of that is that it requires feats or special reasoning for a character with this ability to survive the complete erasure of their plane of existence, as one needs to confirm that they are able to still display some existent properties on a different plane of existence.

Someone nuked the verse and it's done.

Until you meet an NEP 2 with BDE 2. Then that's useless

Yes. It's a stalemate. Your tier is irrelevant.
 
All nature types have aspects. NEP always has to be listed with nature and aspect types.

Let's say the verse doesn't use info type 2, and the Nep 2 lacks everything and exists as nothing more than an idea.

Can he still be affected with info 2 he doesn't have? Since his verse don't use it

Edit: He existed before the concept of time and space, and he exists beyond those concepts. So yeah, BDE 2 is valid

Good enough concept hax can deal with it. If the idea exists, then so does the concept. Those are kind of synonyms.

I think that is referring to the part of you that isn't nonexistent. A note that isn't relevant to fully nonexistent characters.
 
Wouldn't really cal NEP "powerful" as in...you can't really make a quote such as "the best offense is defense" which doesn't make much sense honestly.
