Kaguya can move the universe as she rewrites all things in it as stated by Kakashi, and weaves space to bring her dimensions to people, Madara stated he can destroy all creation. They should be 2-C to 2-A in Boruto because Momoshiki absorbs all the energy of parallel dimensions

(The only thing I find wanked about Naruto god tiers, is the idea that Momoshiki somehow scales to being 4 times stronger than Naruto/Sasuke. Where does this idea even come from?)
I hate this so much. None of the scans listed in the reddit even imply what that OP is saying tbh (or maybe that's just my browser acting up, as I see only non-supportive scans that don't even say anything).
Look, before they say they were going to destroy the moon, they explicitly referred to it as a transportation device which makes it very different than the first canon which was depicted as explained to pulverize the asteroids. However I saw no evidence of it being referred to as a device that sends objects to different dimensions. It legit seems like a vsbattlers head-cannon tbh.
I think people got confused tbh. Toneri only absorbed the energy of the sun after he was going to destroy the earth. He was only amped by Naruto's chakra and the Tenseigan by that point.
Yeah, Kaguya is pretty broken (chapter 682). She's honestly the only Naruto character I believe has been in anyway downplayed. I don't know where the OP got solar system level from, but the dimensions are never stated to be pocket universes. That's just a head canon we considered true since we never saw much of it, and it's kind of been disproved already so I don't know why we still use it.
I'm assuming you're referring to this feat? That's explicitly range. The AP of the chakra absorption was vague. It is arguably not even planet level, as it was specifically identified that the people on the planet would be affected and not the planet (or the dimension) itself.
Also, also, the novel isn't canon anymore (if it ever was, tbh).
As stated before Toneri was only amped by Naruto's chakra by that point.
I don't disagree though. Vague statement is vague. I legit do not know why people think the statement was any more of a 5-B feat than Toneri's "destroy the earth with the moon" plan. Not to mention, the object to be destroyed being referred to as the Sixth Path's World kind of reveals that it is a lifewiping attack, not planet busting as the Sage was the founder of ninja society, not the literal creator of the planet.

Where does the Massively FTL rating come from? The best speed feats are Toneri's golden rebirth explosion which is Massively Hypersonic+, a feat I can't remember that's higher than that but still Massively Hypersonic+, Madara's reacting to light speed which is relatavistic, Guy's warping space which is relativistic and Naruto's light fang which, is honestly only an accepted thing because this wiki was kind enough to allow the depiction in the anime. I mean, in the manga the dodging feat was way vague.
Yeah, sorry I misread. Still doesn't make sense to me though.

Again, she BFR'd them by rewriting all things. See Kakashi's statement likening it to Genjutsu. It's a supporting argument, not a contradiction.
He scales >/= Naruto and Sasuke, so Moon level. I don't see what multiplier was used to relate them to Toneri's feats in that manner tbh.

Isnt the god damn purpose of VSBW is to show the strength (and other things) of characters? Why does it matter if the 5-B scales to no one.
Am i misunderstanding this or something? Naruto amped toneri to the point of being capable of doing a 5-B feat?

If you want to make a revision to change stats make a CRT, nothing more to it. Current stats were agreed upon by a major part of community at some point, that's why they're there, not rocket science.
