I read everything you said, but imgur works fine. There is no such thing as practical. hax is not directly passive.

Well, Gojo himself states that his Infinity technique shorts out things based on whether they're dangerous or not. It's determined by the speed and mass of the object. So, I believe it would fall under NLF to claim he can perceive and stop objects that are way above his speed. The series never states or showcases anything that Gojo has stopped beyond his speed.

Passive is like something that happens naturally for example
You mere presence scared the shit out of people which makes your fear manip passive
Gojo however just keeps this active but it works at all times, so its similar in a way, because while he is sleeping its also probably working
But the infinity isn't a good defense system anyways
It won't protect gojo from nonphysical attacks like fear manip or death manip
