Is calculating force via kinetic energy valid?

Using the fact that Work equals the difference in KE and Work equals Force times distance times cos of angle. Given that KE is calculated according to the rules, etc.

I believe we advice avoiding that when it comes to using things like character A's striking strength, dividing it by distance/length and applying that to character B's LS via blocking their attack.

Oh no, not that. I was thinking more about rotating moons/planets, finding KE needed to do that, and using Work formula to find Force.
