Is ABC logic valid in this scenario ?

If character B is a superior version of character C in every way.

So, as a hypothetical example if you say that Character X can beat ssj2 Goku who can beat ssj1 Goku then character X can beat ssj1 Goku.

I once tried to use ABC logic in a similar situation (when the character B was a superior version of C) but the person I was debating against instantly said that I was using ABC logic and thus my argument was invalid.

That person is stupid, of course "ABC logic" is valid, if character B is superior to character C, and character C can beat someone, then character B should be able to beat that person more easily.
