What powers (advantages or disadvantages) have a being that it belong to 1-A Tier?

A character can belong to one tier like 1-A with one condition that decrease his power (like restriction), but without that condition it have the power to belong the Tier 0?

Irrelevant speed will get nuke soon. Being 1-A and above normally give you Beyond Dimensional Existence and Higher Dimensional Manipulation. Unless a character have tier 1-A to 0 due to scaling and fighting with tier 1-A to 0 character. Well it definitely give Superhuman Physical Characteristic though ^^
