The 2 Tony's are fighting over Stark Enterprises. Tony called Tony an old man. Violence ensues

Mark II Iron Man (Armored Adventures) vs Mark II MCU Iron Man

Speed Equal

Simply...Iron Man wins.

But seriously, what's the wincon?

If it's death, Young tony goes invisible and pulls out the arc reactor. If it's KO, Young Tony goes invisible, pulls off the helmet, and hits him really hard. If it's incap, Young Tony suppresses with Class K lifting strength. Not to mention, Young Tony's suit has more agility. AKA Mark II definitely wins. Now if you do Mark II vs Mark II, it would be AP vs abilities.

Tony can use Extremis with or without his suit. It's how he controls his in Season 2, he can even call other Armors. Extremis also gave him Low Regen, and increased physical abilities. If he loses one armor he can call another.

His range with Extremis can even affect satellite's in space. Tony's not dumb enough to repeatedly summon Armors just for Jarvis to hack them, he'd take care of Jarvis 1st.

Can extremists even hack Jarvis? He did survive Ultron doing the same thing and as far as I know, Jarvis hasn't had any upgrades across the movies leading up to that.

And if he had to fight without his armor, he was still skilled enough to hold his own against Ghost no Armor. And this was before he injected himself with Extremis.

OK, and MCU Tony was able to get the drop on and steal Thanos' Infinity Stones without him even noticing he took them. So he could probably do the same with this tony. Plus he was trained in Martial arts up until Endgame.

He's already fought someone with better stealth and skill in Ghost. Not to mention he doesn't have to destroy Jarvis, he simply has to prevent him from interfering with his Armors. Also, Jarvis after he was destroyed was only stopping Ultron from getting to access the nukes.
