If IM can survive the first strike from Yami (that being, her retaliation from him shooting at her with repulsors, which she can dodge), he beats her by carpet bombing the land with missiles and maybe lasers.

I'm gonna have to vote Iron Man here because Yami rarely ever starts with sharp objects to my knowledge, always giant fists.
