I think Franky is outdated, he scales to Low 7-B characters

He's not outdated revisions on his thriller bark key happened recently. Although he fought against the pacifista and Oars he only did superficial damage similar to base Zoro who Franky is scaling from.

its been a while since i watched AOU but does he still have the a.i to assist him? if so he can find out frankys weak point is his back and barrage it with missiles and lasers, he should be mobile enough to avoid frankys attacks seeing as how he can fly and franky cant
