Just curious, why do we give separate keys/stats for Model 8, 9, 45 and 51? Hulkbuster I can understand, but just want to know what's so special about the armours I listed that they deserve a separate key.

Because different models have different levels of feats, and there are characters who scale to different models

Why these models in particular?

Because each of this feats came from this specific models.

Those are basically the top 5 most iconic suits as far as VS debating goes. For example, alot of his suits are somewhat featless but only have statements such as, "Designed to be superior to previous model in every way," or "Was specifically designed to go toe to toe with blank." These 5 suits in particular, have a specific feat in which characters described as being on that suit model's level can scale to.

The profile already has 5 keys, 2 of them being high 5-A, I think it will just clutter the profile, useless this versions at least have different APs.

No, because the last suit is essentially a Composite Suit that has the powers of every previous armor put together. It is very different from the Baseline Hulkbuster.
