I'd say high-tiers
As for scaling:
The Hulkbuster would upscale for fighting and somewhat overpowering an upgraded Crimson Dynamo
The Hulk would then upscale from the Hulkbuster for tearing it apart
The Makluan Overlord upscales for overpowering Hulk (he should just be 5-B tho i mean wasn't he literally shown destroying planets?)
So in conclusion a lot of upscaling

I don't think so, the difference is that in the Comics the armors are a much larger amount than the ones we have in the series, but maybe a key of Tony without armor would be nice

Iirc Pepper was using the stealth armor during this scene and that is one of Iron Man's weaker armors, he says something along those lines in the Hawkeye and Black Widow episode.
This means everyone scaling to the Mk II upscales from this feat

There is no reason i think, it'd probably be best to check out LS feats
I calced him spinning a water tower and i believe i got a Class 100 rating
And there's some feats that i think could get Class K like him throwing a train cart or lifting that crane, plus iirc him in Hulkbuster armor and Rhodey managed to lift up the shield helicarrier when one of the engines was damaged, that could yield a nice result and should probably scale to Iron Man since Rhodey helped out

And yeah the 6-B is really odd, i don't even know why he has it, iirc the crt was just for his shields but his physicals got upgraded too for some reason
