I think Iron Fist has Dekugou (god that sounds like a ship name) outclassed. Deku needs to 100% to actually hurt Iron Fist and both of them are outclassed in terms of skill.

Combine that with the speed gap and the Heroes-in-Training are going to get schooled.

Aside that, i agree in that Deku going 100% is what will allow him to actually damage. Bakugou at least is able to do this but with his explosions.

However, Iron Fist is a really skilled combatant (suppposedly having mastered many martial arts), with the addition of amping his AP higher with chi enhancement. It doesn't help that with speed as is, IF can just stand there and just swat away their attacks or easily dodge out of Bakugou's explosives.

Edit: Nvrmind, speed is now covered and equalized. ^^;

I go with Iron Fist for his mastery of hand to hand combat and has the ability to land pressure points on the human body which can either paralyze or kill the two (but he gotta be in close range though to do this) and his enhance reflexes that could react to Bakugou explosive attacks
