Probably a "dummy" question but: Why Iron Man dont have differents keys for the differents armors?

Not for nothing he has created armor specially to beat Hulk and Thor, and his New and Current Armor is way stronger than (or at least equal to) them

Because in the current comics, Tony has a armor that can shapshift into every armor he made in a instant

Probably because like you and Sora'sOther said, the current armor rivals that of his specialized one sans probably Thorbuster and Phoenixbuster (that looks like a flying skyscraper), and that his current armor shapeshifts.

His armors have feats all over the place btw so its hard to gauge their powerlevels differently.

I dunno about Thorbuster being Small Country considering the fact that despite it siphoning energy from Thor, it was still good enough to trade blows with the guy who whacked Cap's shield hard enough to dent it.

That is also why I said that his current armor can roughly match the older ones except Thorbuster and Phoenixbuster, maybe some other specialized armors as well.

But we dont have solid proofs of Dwarf Star to Star (and Solar System, in Thor case) level Hulk and Thor?

We do have solid proof for them being at that level at their peaks. What we do not remotely have proof of is that they remotely displayed that kind of power during their fights with Iron Man. They seemed to be adjusted to his power level, as is typical for Marvel.

Also, the Thor-buster needed to be empowered by an external magic source, if I remember correctly. It is not something that Iron Man can just whip up.
