Intelligence Question

A person achieves a level of intelligence which is said to allow them to create fiction with more depth than the nature of reality and the Earth itself, with its complexity being far beyond that of the world and capable of vastly overwhelming a force which would have consumed the aggregate achievements, memories, culture, etc, of humanity and was the source of it. What level of intelligence would this give?

We do not have levels of intelligance tho, usually you just write how intelligent one is by examples (or at least is the best method) and then one determinate how is that applicable depending of the situation. Also, if one simply create don't think that qualify as intelligence, anyone can just make stuff up; if it faced an supernatural intelligent being and outsmarted it then write that up.
