This is a complete stomp. Valentine's highest tier is 7-B, and Yogiri completely overrides durability, defenses, immortality, and effectively negates most things Valentine could use against him. If they're bloodlusted, he'd kill Valentine right off the bat. If they're in-character, he still might. Yogiri jumps the gun on perceived threats a lot.

It literally says instant death can erase abstract concepts, but that the guy doesn't in case the universe ends up collapsing.

Also, it's not a spell, so anti-magic is a no-go. Yogiri has been shown several times to kill people because of indirect attempts to attack. He did it for the Dominator controlling insects, he did it for Sage Lain through her clones, and he did it for the devil because of their miasma.
