The Starsphere shards all have a constellation in them, and considering that it's from the STARsphere they must be actual constellations, the boosts given by the shards are very small, which means at the very least everyone and their mother in FE is High 4-C, likely far higher in base, considering Starsphere shard buffs are very small

This scales to literally everyone because of DLC in Awakening connecting every game together

Also they should also be Galaxy level because of Starlight's animation, but the above is just in case everyone wants to be a filthy downplayer
