He is a space-time destroyer by scaling, and nobody cares if u disagree, and even if goku lands a blow, it cant kill Ultron in the first attack, as goku is baseline in this key

Just any kamehameha works, doesn't need to be instant transmission, but that is an option.

Goku doesn't have the AP to one shot Ultron as he's baseline while Ultron has a decent scaling chain above baseline. Ultron is the stronger one. The moment Ultron realizes he can't win in close combat he goes and start with his hax, and at that point Goku is ******

Yeah, can goku knock out instead of kill? If so then broly saga ssb is better since UI is like bloodlusted trying to end the fight as soon as possible but I guess that actually benefits him here. Whatever just change it to whatever.

Then Goku vote since superior skill and Ultron clearly escalates the fight the longer it goes on.
Even if all of his attacks are somehow low 2-C (Low 2-C galaxy - multi galaxy busting is still funny), he will always start with minor stuff like collapsing the mountain the guardians of the multiverse were standing on and thinking that did the trick before the dust dispersed, for example.
So yeah, Ultron will see Goku as a normal human he forgot to kill and use minor stuff like punches or collapsing a mountain on him, allowing Goku to hit first and hopefully one shot since Goku SHOULD be able to tell Ultron is evil.

Ultron have show better things in my POV comparing to Goku, is he need to use his hax when pressed then GG, also i things he hit harder tha Goku and have better speed feats.
