Infinite stamina and self sustenance type 3: As a being born of the earth he can absorb as much energy as he desires from the planet's inexhaustible supply of altana.

Self Sustenance type 2:

That wouldnt be infinite itd be self sustaining, also is it just this a verse exclusive thing or would they be able to do it on a different setting.

Verse exclusive it will only work on gintama's earth. You can't put Utsuro on some other location in an vs battle scenario anyway since that will end up restricting some of his abilities.
That wouldnt be infinite itd be self sustaining,
Any other suggestions for his stamina then?

If earth truly has infinite energy and he can literally use of all of it whenever he is running out, then I don't see an issue with infinite stamina.

But you used the term inexhaustible, so in that case, I would use "At least Superhuman with absorption"

How does "At least Superhuman, possibly infinite with absorption" sounds because inexhaustible can be a synonym for unlimited and infinite depending on the context

Ofc, but if Earth is proven to have infinite energy, sure. But if not, then just at least superhuman

Well this inexhaustible statement is the most we have in that regard.
