So this CRTs focus is getting Infinite Speed for most of the characters. Although there is only one in vsbw right now, I will add more later.

Within that domain, the user can perform "extremely rapid instantaneous movement" that is like teleportation but is even faster. This movement allows them to instantly appear anywhere within their domain.

One must know that within the time period that time had been stopped, not even an instant had passed as in this stopped time, the Elite Behemoth came to attention and observed all of these things instantaneously, its terrifying power going forth another level as it even sensed the spectacular movement of mana of a cast skill that was heading towards the treasure atop the archaic pedestal! So I'm not sure about this myself but those with Authority might have Infinite Perception Speed. The context of this scene is that Noah was sneaking into this Behemoth's cave by stopping time. And the Behemoth could perceive everything instantly, while not even an instant had passed.

This is only for Noah Osmont.

An explosive sound akin to a clap of thunder reverberated across the Infinite Cosmos. So yeah, Noah could see an instantaneous singularity explode in slow motion.

He placed the focus on the {{Flame Lord's Authority}} as he encased himself in a terrible Armament, his body vanishing instantly as he turned into a flicker of flames that was faster than the speed of light, instantly appearing behind a World Rank Celestial Commander as his hand writhed in flames and grasped down. ~ 533

Noah turns into flames that are faster than light.

I think this should be fine as the definition of Infinite Speed on this Wiki is: "Able to travel any finite distance in zero time, or move an infinite distance within a finite amount of time. Teleportation does not count." and this: "It seemed like teleportation, but this was even faster than that as it was an extremely rapid instantaneous movement that the Flame Lord could carry out in the area under his authority, instantly appearing anywhere in this region!" should qualify as he's traveling a finite time instantly. Only problem is that "instantly" could be considered hyperbole.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. As for instantly being a hyperbole, it is stated to be instantaneous movement and says he moves instantly a lot.
