Well, the title is misleading then. I'll be changing it.

Regardless, I don't think anyone in Infamous has the hax to put down Kakine Teitoku/Beetle 05, who can destroy everyone on a subatomic level. Gunha powers through. Mugino punches through their atoms with her electron beams. Misaki mind haxes everyone except Cole and turns them against him.

And so on...
