I feel Mama Scarface wins with some trouble. She's tougher, more durable, and can counter camoflague with her senses.

Indy is stated at 18ft at the hips and 50ft in length!

Scarface is basing Turok(2008) height is at around 28-30ft at the hips and 90-100ft in length!!!

While size doesn't matter, in this battle we have to take that into account. Plus the bite force from a Rex of Scarface size is in reality a "One Hit...they QUIT!"

Indy's only chance of taking this is by using hit and run tactics, but with a Rex sense of smell! This is really a extreme up hill battle for Indy!

Mama Scarface is significantly larger than Indominus, and as such can easily overpower her the moment they get into melee range. Indominus' fighting style when against animals in her size range, which consists of running at her opponent and biting at them before remembering she has arms, is just gonna result in her getting her throat torn out by Scarface.
