Just putting a hole through the Red-Line, assuming the same width as the Grand Line, would be 2.040192e+26 Joules to up to 3.9744e+26 Joules via Violent Fragmentation. That's already High 6-A, so yeh.
Busting the entire red-line in a similar fashion would be High 6-A+.
