Immunity to time ?

I'm working on a character profile right now and I needed to know how to precisely call this phenomenon. Basically he fought against someone that could stop time but he was able to move anyways, I don't know if I could qualify this 'Resistance' or 'Immunity' so I'm asking y'all. What do you think ?
 
Only resistance, there are "time stops" that can work against beings with infinite speed.
