What are multiple temporal Dimensions and why are they used to grant immeasurable speed? What characters have gained immeasurable speed from multiple temporal dimensional feats?

You have to be faster than linear time to gain immeasurable speed. it is not about higher dimension.

Movement through multiple temporal dimensions refers to characters that can move through multiple temporal axes in the same way humans can move through multiple spatial axes from what I understand.

Ok basically, according to most dimensional physic theory there is a X amount of spatial dimensions (that can be 11,24,Infinite..) but only 1 Temporal Dimensions.
Immeansurable speed isn't based on moving in higher spatial dimensions but on temporal dimensions, basically the 1 Temporal Dimensions is like a 1 Spatial Dimensions, if you another temporal dimensions, you can move in another axis, and you basically move faster, and so on (also remember that it works only with temporal dimensions and not with spatials)
