Rohan wins under SBA, but in the long run, somehow, Joji would win even if it's the most bullshit way possible and through the most unlikely chain of events. But that desnt matter as Rohan would likely win via SBA temporary incap. It depends on the win conditions of the match basically.

He just has to trust in Beyond, and if he does that then somehow things will work out, even if it needs outright impossible things to happen, like Joji's dead freind appearing out of nowhere, grabbing Narancia and Joji by the hand and teleporting them onto a space shuttle all within the span of a few seconds a few hundred km off the surface of mars, all so they could meet Kars.

Or original George being beaten to death by a zombie, then he starts to trust in Beyond then suddenly he gets saved and sent into the 37th universe, in morioh in 2011 (despite being in britain in the early 19 hundreds), so he can get rescued by Doppio, sent to Rohan's house, healed and meet Giorno, which dominoes into him encountering Dio.

It's kinda bullshit, he just has to trust in it and make an effort to do something and in the end, even if not at first, things will fall into place.
