The command block profile states it's moon level but there isn't a calc on the page and i'm also confused on the high universal placement. Can someone explain?

I'm confused as to why this is 5c

1 block in minecraft is considered 1:1:1 cube in meters, right?
30,000,000 blocks would be the radius of a TNT explosion to break one
that is 3000km Radius.
the diameter of the moon is 3476km (1738km in radius)
high universal is self evident and self explanatory. Minecraft world is infinite and Command block can create weather for that entire world or warp it or destroy it if it powered a wither storm (although the wither storm one I'm a bit skeptic but the rest fits)

The link in the Durability justification isn't actually a calc, so someone will need to calc that, get it evaluated, then put it in there instead.

yes the explosion needed to destroy it would have an explosion that is 30000000 blocks in radius for size. but the actually amount of blocks it would cover/reach is 238,775,501.2 blocks
someone would actually need to calc with the most and least assumption of this.
