Is this Reality-Fiction Transcendence range?

I'm still a bit confused on how this works, so bear with me

This guy views Pepsiman as fiction, yet at the start of the game, Pepsiman's theme playing when he drank from a pepsi can was viewed as an unusual occurence, wouldn't that mean Pepsiman's sound manipulation would have R>F range? (What could it even give him? 5d range or outerversal range?) Ignore this, outdated, it's been settled the music comes from the pepsi can itself and not pepsiman.

It would likely disqualify the R > F Transcendence since a lower-reality being's hax cannot reach a higher reality without some kind of outside help.
