Anyways here's my take on this - without TemPad Deadpool gets stat and hax stomped, Peter have the same level of regen so Deadpool's tricks won't work on him, and his skill barely solve that issue, since Peter can just: BFR him with shadows, outnumber him via dublication, use teleportation to his advantage

But with TemPad - Deadpool can easily BFR him

I do imagine that this would be a very drawn out fight. Both have equal regen and have immo 2 and 3. However, I'll have to give this one to Deadpool. Deadpool has superior skill in combat, superior mid regen, and it would be only a matter of time before peter actually dies for good. Deadpool just can't die. He's like a cockroach. Deadpool should eventually take this after a really drawn out fight.

I mean, in the very same clip we use to show his regeneration is something he can legit use out of a gag, his hand grew into an entirely different Peter in seconds. Seems higher than Deadpool’s mid. Or at least enough to I don’t see how these two could kill each other. Plus is Deadpool really monstrously more skilled. Peter can throw hands based on the chicken fights.

I’ll vote Deadpool, but this is due to his greater stamina, he fought all day with wolverine and that revolved around getting cut apart while Peter can go down after a few minutes.

That's just Retep's Regen. All we can see from his mid regen if when Peter gets his head blasted off by a fire hose and he's somehow just fine and was fully healed in the next scene.

Wait now I am extra confused. Peter literally gets duplication from the feat, so we do count it as his feat. Why does he not have the same regeneration with the weakness “his regenerated other selves behave as their own individuals”. When a starfish becomes two starfishes from regeneration we rate it as such and that was the same thing here.

So if they can be restricted, someone should change his adamantium katanas to optional equipment, as you can't restrict standard equipment. That was why I held off on making matches with him because I was so confused.
